Is there really no credit card required?

Absolutely. Start your 14-day free trial with just an email address. We'll only ask for payment info if you decide to continue after the trial ends.

What happens when my trial ends?

You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't, your account stays active in read-only mode — you won't lose any data. Upgrade whenever you're ready.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference.

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Annual billing on Professional or Business saves about 15% compared to paying monthly — Professional is $599/year (vs $59/month) and Business is $999/year (vs $99/month). You're charged once per year. You can switch between monthly and annual whenever you want from the billing settings, and we'll prorate the difference.

Are there any hidden fees?

None. Zero. Zilch. The price on this page is the price you pay. We don't charge per pet, per booking, per staff member, or per anything else. We believe in transparent pricing — what you see is what you get.

How does the additional location add-on work?

If you operate more than one boarding facility, you can add extra locations for $59/month each. Each location gets its own separate dashboard, data, staff, and settings — but you manage them all from one account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe.
